seo: Google Search Console ownership tag for the Pages site

Adds webmaster_verifications.google so jekyll-seo-tag emits the google-site-verification meta tag. Needed to verify https://frowningdev.github.io/django-orm-lens/ in Search Console and submit its sitemap.
