docs: add Claude Opus 5 and Opus 5 Fast to JP model catalog

Adds Claude Opus 5 and Claude Opus 5 Fast to the Japanese model catalog (docs/jp/models.mdx). The English model catalog already lists both models.

• docs/jp/models.mdx: Added Claude Opus 5 (2x) and Claude Opus 5 Fast (4x) rows to the Anthropic table

The JP model catalog correctly adds Claude Opus 5 and Opus 5 Fast, but the surrounding Anthropic rows still label older Opus versions as "new/previous" flagship. Updating those descriptions will keep the table consistent and avoid confusing readers.

With Opus 5 now marked as the latest flagship, the Anthropic table still describes Opus 4.8 as "新しい" and Opus 4.7 as "前", which is internally inconsistent and can mislead readers about which model is current; updating those descriptions to reflect Opus 5 being the latest keeps the catalog accurate.
