fix(deps): gix 0.89 Renovate PRs fail because the gix crates are bumped separately #1298

Renovate opened #1202 (gix 0.89), #1203 (gix-diff 0.69) and #1204 (gix-traverse 0.63) separately. Each one moves a single crate, so the lockfile ends up with two gix-object versions and the build fails on duplicated types (expected gix_object::TreeRefIter, found gix::gix_object::TreeRefIter). That takes down Test, Coverage, Build Release Binary and Cargo Security on all three.

Same situation as #646 for 0.85.

Fix: bump the three crates together on one branch, record the new crates for cargo vet (gix-parallel, gix-zlib 0.3, sha1dc replacing sha1-checked), and group gix/gix-* in renovate.json so the next release arrives as a single PR.
