This only changes the lockfile, and the lockfile is consistent. derive_arbitrary 1.5.0 moves to syn 3.0.6, which is already locked for serde_derive and wasm-bindgen-macro-support, so it adds no new crate. The ferrflow 7.26.3 → 7.28.5 change only brings the fuzz lockfile up to the current workspace version. Smoke / Fuzz was still running when I reviewed.
