Closes #1307

• two titles drop the spaced middle dot
• the docs-claude-style entry is translated to English
• the quoted first-run telemetry notice gets its original separator back
• the docs-public entry points at docs/site instead of the removed FerrFlow-Docs repository
• the hosted-api summary no longer scopes "over HTTP" to the last item

Checked against the head: docs/site/package.json is @ferrflow/doc, and docs/site/docs-v5/ exists, so the rewritten docs-public entry holds. Title separators, the translation and the stray comma are fine.

Nit: the telemetry notice now quotes an em dash again. That reads right as restored CLI output (the telemetry: opt out: version was garbled), but the string the CLI emits isn't in this repo, so I couldn't confirm it matches byte for byte.
