Nothing blocking. Local builds use workspace:^ from devDependencies, so the only effect of this change is on published consumers.
Nit: this is a peer range, and raising its floor from ^5.0.0 to ^5.5.0 makes consumers on foundation 5.0 to 5.4 get peer warnings, or install failures under strict peer settings. That is only worth it if ui-ng 1.43 actually needs something added in 5.5. If it doesn't, setting Renovate's rangeStrategy: "widen" for peerDependencies would keep these bumps from narrowing the range.
