This PR embeds
foc-devnet status(snapshot taken after the tests run) directly in scenario reports. It also sets said report as the step summary which makes it readily available in github - https://github.com/FilOzone/foc-devnet/actions/runs/33923719195/attempts/1#summary-101187677218. This could be useful for debugging failures. Inspired by #126. It also disables ANSI formatting when CLI output is piped, keeping report output readable.Testing
