Closes the two runtime advisories that appeared since the 10-26 health check:

  • GHSA-rmxm-3fg6-px4f (@hono/node-server serveStatic double-decode, moderate, 2026-10-28): only fixed in 2.1.3; our override pinned ^1.19.13 so the lockfile/Docker image had 1.19.17. SDK range is ^1.19.9 || ^2.0.5.
  • GHSA-6pq8-jhm2-2vcw (qs.stringify DoS, moderate, 2026-10-27): fixed in 6.16.1.

Consumers are unaffected (fresh npm install @fozikio/cortex-engine = 0 vulns), so no release needed. Lockfile hand-patched to keep the 10 libc fields.

Verified on a fresh clone: npm ci --ignore-scripts, build, 471/471 tests, npm audit 0.

GHSA-rmxm-3fg6-px4f (serveStatic double-decode middleware bypass,
published 2026-10-28) has no fix on the 1.x line, and our override
pinned @hono/node-server to ^1.19.13, so the lockfile and the Docker
image resolved the vulnerable 1.19.17. The MCP SDK accepts ^2.0.5.
GHSA-6pq8-jhm2-2vcw (qs.stringify DoS, 2026-10-27) is fixed in 6.16.1.

Fresh consumer installs already resolve 2.1.5 / 6.17.1 (overrides
don't apply downstream), so no release is needed. Lockfile entries
were patched by hand to keep the 10 libc fields npm on Windows strips.
