This is a handful of optimizations to the BER encoder as well as an LDAP specific helper for the decoding process, similar to the helper for the encoding process. It's needed to deal with decoding huge amounts of data in an efficient way. It speeds up decoding large number of entries with larger number of attributes by nearly 3x.
