Issue description
There are a lot of inconsistencies regarding extracting encrypted .pck file
There are 3 ways to extract data:
(1) The CLI: fails and skipping checksum extracts only a small portion of the data
(2) The GUI: you can only view the data but not export it
(3) The GUI extract button: fails exporting some of the succesfully decrypted files that are normally viewable at (2)
(4) The GUI select extract: When you select and extract the core "res://" it manages to extract more data than (3) even if it should behave the same
The log is also unreliable as it says there are encryption errors or the .pck is corrupted but still manages to decrypt the archive.
