Refs GAF-936.

Adds Pi as a sixth supported tool, so doctor and install cover it.

  • src/tools.ts: Pi entry. Project dirs .pi/skills (first, so install writes there) and .agents/skills. Personal dirs ~/.pi/agent/skills (moved by PI_CODING_AGENT_DIR when set) and ~/.agents/skills.
  • MCP registration is left out, Pi's MCP config location is not verified.
  • README lists Pi.
  • Tests updated for six tools, plus a Pi target-resolution case.
