TaskFlow AI is a personal workflow prototype that represents major tasks and their internal execution plans as connected graphs. It combines a React Flow workspace, a deterministic FastAPI + SQLite backend, and a human-in-the-loop boundary for agent orchestration.
Ordinary task lists hide the structure inside complex work. TaskFlow keeps two levels visible:
- a personal canvas for tasks, dependencies, status, and deadlines;
- an internal workflow for serial, parallel, and merged sub-steps;
- explicit
advance_rulefields that describe when work may move forward; - analytics and calendar views for workload and deadline risk.
OpenClaw is treated as an orchestration layer. It can summarize external information and propose actions through Lark, while TaskFlow remains the deterministic system of record. Status changes are confirmed by the user or justified by evidence that satisfies an explicit rule.
