Problem
The Settings tab allows updating a modpack to a newer version, but shows only version numbers with no context. Users have no way to know what changed between their current version and the target.
Acceptance Criteria
- Show the changelog/release notes for each version in the version picker (from Modrinth or CurseForge API)
- If no changelog is available from the API, show a link to the modpack page instead
