Problem
If the WebSocket connection drops (network blip, container restart, sleep/wake), the console tab stops receiving output with no indication to the user. They may assume the server is idle when it is actively running.
Acceptance Criteria
- Show a visible disconnected banner or indicator in the console when the WebSocket is not connected
- Attempt automatic reconnection
- Clear the indicator once reconnected and backfill any missed output
