Drop the heavy 9-step scaffold (CHANGELOG match algorithm, three-option handoff, per-step ⛔ pauses) — the model handles those naturally with light prompting. Keep the durable rails: preflight invariants, dummy-app smoke against the previous tag's fixtures, and the 3-file diff shape check that runs before push. Make branch + commit + push + PR the default end state, with body 🎉 since the CHANGELOG is the release notes.
