Tag the first stable release and close the pre-1.0 polish gaps: - Bump VERSION to 1.0.0. - Fix the stale header comment in lib/axe/cuprite.rb that still advertised support for "any other real-browser Capybara driver", contradicting the Cuprite-only repositioning already applied elsewhere. - Add bug_tracker_uri and documentation_uri to the gemspec metadata. - Add README badges (gem version, CI, license), a Requirements section, and a Versioning policy spelling out the public API vs. internal classes. - Promote the CHANGELOG Unreleased section to [1.0.0] and add the previously missing footer link references.

Tags the first stable release of axe-cuprite and closes the pre-1.0 polish gaps surfaced in the readiness assessment. No functional changes — the runtime behavior is identical to
0.2.0; this commits the API as stable under SemVer.Changes
VERSIONto1.0.0.lib/axe/cuprite.rb— the header still advertised "any other real-browser Capybara driver," contradicting the Cuprite-only repositioning (Drop the "works with any real-browser Capybara driver" claim; position axe-cuprite as Cuprite-only #31/Position axe-cuprite as Cuprite-only (#31) #34) already applied to the README, gemspec, and AGENTS.md. This was the last place the gem implicitly over-promised driver support.bug_tracker_urianddocumentation_uriso RubyGems surfaces issue-tracker and docs links.Injector,DeepFreeze), and warns that a vendored axe-core bump can introduce new violations.[Unreleased]section to[1.0.0] - 2026-06-16(keeping an empty Unreleased) and add the previously-missing footer link reference definitions.Verification
