当前Star History图表因GitHub stargazer接口限制已无法正常显示，现将图表链接切换至新服务地址，恢复README中的图表展示。

当前Star History图表因GitHub stargazer接口限制已无法正常显示，需要切换至新的数据源以恢复图表。本PR将README中的Star History图表链接更新为新地址，保持原有查询参数不变，修复后图表即可正常展示。
