WXL:FOOD ("W Xtra Love") becomes yuhm — yum with the om at its center,
Austin's regenerative food network. The om carries the whole cycle the
app already runs: rescue, table, compost, soil, food again.
- Directory wxl/ -> yuhm/, package wxl-food -> yuhm-network, python
worker wxl_food_worker -> yuhm_food_worker, CI workflow renamed
- Brand copy: wordmark "yuhm", tagline "the om in yum" / "el om en el
ñam", landing title "Food, shared full circle" EN/ES
- Browser storage keys wxl:* -> yuhm:* with a one-time migration in
main.tsx so language/mode prefs survive
- Host cutover to yuhm.handprotocol.org; wxl.handprotocol.org kept as
alias with a forced 301 in public/_redirects and netlify.toml
- Env: functions read YUHM_RESEND_AUDIENCE_ID (set on the site)
- Applied Supabase migrations keep their NNN_wxl_* filenames; DB
identifiers were already food_* and are untouched; historical plans
and dated docs keep their names

Rebuild the public landing around the new yuhm brand direction: the bowl-network logo recreated as an animatable SVG (LandingDecor.tsx), Baloo 2 display type, sticker produce with cursor parallax, rolling-hills meadow band, and spring choreography via motion/react. Adds bilingual landing.flow.* keys, PRODUCT.md/DESIGN.md context files, and the brand reference images. All motion gates on prefers-reduced-motion. An immersive cooperative-world surface over the real Leaflet map: warm-oat drenched cartography, sticker spot markers with resonance rings, flowing Yuhm Run routes with a compost return leg, a draggable sheet (docked panel on desktop), role-based onboarding, missions, a pooled order, run previews, Yuhm Pulse, a profile garden, and a gratitude moment with a wave of light along the route. Real directory listings stay activity-free and labeled; the sample Eastside Circle is marked Sample everywhere. Bilingual EN/ES chrome, reduced-motion collapses every animation, 44px touch targets. Bare /app/ and mode=anonymous now open the world on every viewport; intent=food keeps the zero-friction classic finder, focused intents, auth, map-lab, and the advanced dashboard keep their routes, and a saved advanced preference still wins (mode=world overrides it). Layer chips become real lenses: choosing one refits the camera to the lens's spots, filters the discover panel's missions and spot lists, and explains itself; Commons becomes the real public directory view. Lands the yuhm branch that production already runs (yuhm.handprotocol.org deploys via CLI, not git, so main is catching up to deployed reality):
All changes are scoped to yuhm/ plus its CI workflow; web/, command/, and netlify/ are untouched, so the handprotocol.org and Command Center auto-deploys see no content change. 108 yuhm tests pass.
