console: the Integrations page sits under Access as Bring Your Own Key - #213

The self-hosted sidebar listed it as Integrations in a Platform group of its own, a leftover of the hosted console's admin-only routing surface. What the page is to the person configuring the box is their own provider keys, so the entry now reads Bring Your Own Key and sits under Access beside API Keys, the same place and name the hosted console gives it. The page itself is unchanged; the README and the self-hosting guide point at the renamed entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Verified on hr-test with Playwright at four widths and the icon rail; the page is unchanged.

The page itself is unchanged (title, copy, table, Add Integration). The README and the self-hosting guide point at the renamed entry. The Platform group and its per-org gate in the shell are gone since nothing else lived there; the page keeps its own gate for the hosted edition.
Verified on hr-test with a derived image of this commit on the 0.18.3 base, driven with Playwright: the Access group reads API Keys, Bring Your Own Key at 1440 / 1024 / 768 / 390 (drawer), the icon rail carries the new title, the entry is marked current on the page, no page errors, no horizontal overflow.
