The campus card is entered from Home's feature grid, so a widget, shortcut
or techpie://ecard/pay entry now selects Home and opens the card above its
root, instead of landing in whichever tab the app was left on. An already
open campus card is brought forward before it handles the tap, so the code
never opens in a tab the user cannot see.

On a cold start CNTabBar first shows its Flutter CupertinoTabBar stand-in,
then an empty band while UIKit creates the view, and only then the Liquid
Glass bar. Defer the first frame until a RenderUiKitView is in the bar's
subtree (at most two seconds), so the launch screen hands over straight to
the real bar.

showTechPieScanner, which the student-activity check-in uses, still opened
on the nearest navigator. Since each iOS tab got its own Navigator that put
it inside the tab, under the tab bar, while the campus card's scanner
covers the whole screen. Open it on the root navigator like that one.

CNTabBar 1.8.1 sends `refresh` 50ms and 200ms after creating the native
bar, and each one selects every tab in turn to force UITabBar to lay out
its labels. The steps are drawn, so releasing the first frame as soon as
the view existed still showed the Liquid Glass selection running across
the bar twice. Hold the first frame 350ms past creation, which a
simulator recording of a cold start confirms is enough.

Once the native view appears, the plugin’s refresh cycles through all tabs twice over ~200ms.
Consider fork the package to fix it.
