• Skaldic: desktop app that turns MIDI files into playable Mordhau songs. Open source, Tauri + Rust, with a Windows installer and signed auto-updates.
• Foxhole Hub: live war tracker for Foxhole, refreshed from the game's API every ten minutes.

• Production operations for jpg.store, a Cardano NFT marketplace with 168k+ users (Sep 2022 to Jun 2026): incident response across GCP and Cloudflare, internal Retool tooling, Next.js frontend work, and a help centre with 150+ articles read by 60k+ people a year.
• Five years at an MSP on the Microsoft stack: Azure, M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Hyper-V, and PowerShell against the Graph and Azure APIs.
• Contract documentation rework and pre-release QA for SecurityBot.
• Accepted corrections to Microsoft Learn's official AZ-104 and DP-900 course repos.
