Describe the bug
The first day of the week is different based on where you are looking

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
When creating an event or occurrence, Sunday is the first day of the week. When viewing the public event page, Monday is the first day of the week

Expected behavior
This should be consistent throughout, or given the option to set what the first day of the week should be.
