Reconcile sequential tier release with per-date tier quantities: a per-date tier is exhausted when its resolved availability for the selected date reaches zero, rather than comparing event-wide sales against the per-date cap. Order validation now hydrates resolved availability for per-date tiers before locking later tiers.

Adds Finnish and Korean translations for the per-date quantity strings. Sequential tier e2e spec waits out the availability cache before re-reading the event page instead of reloading immediately after an order completes. Occurrence booking limits and category product lists are ordered by product and price order so tier rows render deterministically.

Adds a per-date / all-dates quantity scope to product price tiers, per-date quantity overrides on the date's Products tab, and a booking summary with a capacity primer on the occurrence screens. Sold and reserved counts are derived per (price, date); no new counters.
