Summary

• add an optional integer --seed to the title and tags commands
• inject a command-local random.Random instance so seeded calls do not mutate global random state
• keep unseeded behavior and the JSON schema v1 envelope unchanged
• document reproducible human and JSON workflows and rebuild the README demo with the public flag

Impact

Automation and demos can now reproduce the same generated title or tag set for the same input and seed. Existing commands continue to produce fresh suggestions when --seed is omitted.

Compatibility

• no breaking CLI changes
• no runtime dependency changes
• no JSON fields or schema version changes
• invalid seeds use argparse's standard exit code 2 and diagnostics

Verification

• ruff check .
• ruff format --check .
• pytest — 54 passed, 93.93% coverage
• README demo rebuilt twice with identical SHA-256 output
• pip-audit — no known vulnerabilities
• wheel and sdist built successfully; twine check passed
• built wheel installed in a fresh virtual environment; seeded title/tag and invalid-seed entry-point smoke tests passed
