Summary

• bump the package and exported module version from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0
• move the seeded generation and safe custom-prefix work into a dated v0.2.0 changelog section
• record the PyPI installation, contributor onboarding, pull request template, and README demo improvements made after v0.1.0
• update changelog comparison links for the new release boundary

Why

The v0.1.0 tag predates the seeded title/tag generation and configurable rename prefix changes now documented on main. Preparing v0.2.0 aligns the next packaged release with the current README and avoids leaving PyPI users on a version that does not support those documented options.

This PR changes release metadata and notes only; it does not introduce new runtime behavior.

Issues #15 and #18 are intentionally left open for contributors and are not part of this release preparation.

Release safety

This is a draft release-preparation PR. Merging it does not publish to TestPyPI or PyPI, create a tag, or create a GitHub Release. Those actions remain separately approved steps.
