v0.1.1のリリース準備とAgent Jobの入力補助

Agent Jobの指示画面に、セクションや定義の追加フォームと構文の入力補助を追加し、v0.1.1の配布パッケージを準備します。修正された日本語・英語のREADMEと練習手順も含めています。

• セクション、サブエージェント、インラインスキルを追加し、名前・説明・サブエージェントのモデルを入力できます。
• ファイル／URLの取り込み、実行情報、条件付きプロンプト、チェックリスト、出力例を挿入できます。
• 定義内の見出しと終了マーカーを保持し、未適用の指示や言語切り替え時の入力が失われないようにします。
• 行範囲付きの取り込みを実際のファイルに解決し、依存変更の検知とリンクからの移動を正しく処理します。条件文内の定義も名前の重複確認に含めます。
• バージョンと変更履歴を0.1.1に更新し、パッケージ作成・検証・公開で使うVSIXのファイル名をpackage.jsonから決めるようにします。検証では同梱文書の一致と、パッケージ・インストーラー両方のバージョンも確認します。

ローカルでは型検査・ビルド、42件の回帰テスト、全VS Code統合試験、22ファイルのVSIX検証、隔離したVS Codeへのインストール試験が通りました。行範囲付きのリンクから実際のファイルを開く操作と、ファイルの変更・未保存編集の検知も確認しています。初回のリリース準備では、練習手順の2件のgh-awコンパイル、3種類のEngineでのコンパイルと定義抽出、クリーン環境での依存取得とパッケージ作成も検証しています。

このPRはリリース準備です。v0.1.1のタグ作成と公開は行っていません。
