refactor: rename the package to Interchange - #4

Nothing is tagged or published on Packagist yet, so the whole surface is
renamed now rather than becoming a breaking change later.
- Package: ifds-oss/http-adapter -> ifds-oss/interchange
- Namespace: Ifds\HttpAdapter -> Ifds\Interchange (and Tests)
- HttpAdapterServiceProvider -> InterchangeServiceProvider
- Facades\HttpAdapter -> Facades\Interchange (alias "Interchange")
- HttpAdapterException -> InterchangeException
- LogHttpAdapterActivity -> LogInterchangeActivity
- config/http-adapter.php -> config/interchange.php, and every
config('http-adapter.*') key -> config('interchange.*')
- Container alias 'http-adapter' -> 'interchange'
- Publish tag http-adapter-config -> interchange-config
- Workbench commands http-adapter:* -> interchange:*
- README title and badge URLs
Verified: pint --test passed, PHPStan level 6 clean, 50 tests passed,
and both workbench commands register as interchange:*.

Follow-up to the Interchange rename — "Adapter" was left over from the old package name and no longer matched anything else in the API. - AdapterManager -> InterchangeManager - Data\AbstractAdapterRequest -> Data\AbstractRequest - Data\AbstractAdapterResponse -> Data\AbstractResponse - Workbench\App\Adapters -> Workbench\App\Clients (and the \App\Clients example path in the README and the config file's comments) Verified: pint --test passed, PHPStan level 6 clean, 50 tests passed, workbench commands still register as interchange:*.
