Goal and accepted scope

Distill only lily/ in perplexityai/pplx-garden at 1ed972ed3f0bd5616c997c9507c25616c63394fc into InferRSI source-derived candidate knowledge using AREX portable create/prepare/verify instructions at ac3fe1afa80fb9a09775ecfb2b6cc3ba850a2db6.

Include exact model/MLX-affine-Q4 compatibility, native Metal graph/kernel and memory/state contracts, strict API/session-prefix cache, numerical/benchmark qualification and known negative/unsupported boundaries. Exclude weights/downloads, GPU/paid API execution, upstream changes, host toolchain installation and performance claims.

User accepted native Rust/Metal adaptation and partial drafting on2026-10-27. Required runtime is M5+/macOS26 and matching35B-A3B checkpoint; this Linux host also lacks Cargo/Rust1.92. Required backend and compiler/model gaps remain explicit; static/Python helper checks cannot masquerade as Rust/native execution.

Deliverables and acceptance

  • Pin, bounded source readset/hashes, source LICENSE/NOTICE and model-license boundary.
  • Self-contained root/focused routes, concrete compatible inputs, safe helper and troubleshooting.
  • Coverage/backend/native-candidate maps, difficult/integrated assertions and actual checks.
  • Linked draft PR, independent read-only revision-scoped review and exact-head CI.
  • Final informed candidate-admission decision after exact remaining gaps, before merge.

Ownership, order and completion

Accountable parent dot; material author/integrator approved_arex_author and disclosed bounded lanes under the authorized account. Accepted remaining order DwarfStar (#184) → Splash (#186) → Lily → Husky; Strata explicitly skipped. Draft permission is not final partial-import approval. No managed DisCo import or automatic promotion.

Issue closure remains separately assessable by parent/authorized owner; PR uses non-closing Refs. Knowledge delivery is not a backend, quality, performance or efficacy PASS.

    • Verified: Python selected-rule/request/record helpers, source/license/resource checks, earlier stable scaffold suite/wheel and independent review.     NO_LICENSE is the actual unavailable gh resolver result; Apache-2.0 and NOTICE independently retained. User approval2026-10-27T12:08:19Z did not convert the candidate into native qualification, campaign PASS or efficacy evidence.
