Reviewed all five additive Markdown changes against #91 and the retained provenance/evidence/abort readset. Engine and incremental abort pins remain separate. Routing preserves submission versus logical acknowledgment versus deferred transfer reclamation, and the wait-only timeout boundary. All 18 added relative link occurrences and anchors resolve. No mechanisms, readsets or manual catalog cards change. Omni is outside the registered skill index, so this navigation-only change does not require regenerating that projection; packaged Markdown is covered by existing package-data configuration.
All four exact-head Ready jobs pass on Python 3.10/3.11; per-head declaration status is success. The separate repository-wide sweep fails on other PRs, but its logs report this PR compliant on all three attempts. This is not an all-workflows-green claim.
Read-only source/projection/link and CI inspection; no repository code, generator, package APIs, native backend or model execution rerun, and no full source-hash recomputation. No actionable findings within navigation scope. CI does not establish cross-pin compatibility, quality, performance or agent efficacy. This review is not #91 acceptance or merge authorization.

Squash-merged under the owner's explicit batch instruction. Head c3142ae; merge 0cffd20. Evidence verified before merge:
The current human merge instruction proceeds on scoped review, Ready tests and the actual required policy, not an assertion that every historical declarations job is green. Software/knowledge integration only; no Issue/campaign acceptance or model/hardware efficacy claim. |
Refs #91.
The vLLM-Omni root navigation does not expose the later abort supplement's separate source scope. Add a responsibility map and reciprocal validation, library and matrix links so readers can choose broad engine guidance or abort receipt/timeout/cleanup guidance.
The five Markdown files add 44 lines. Broad engine guidance retains

Detailed mechanisms, Apache-2.0 text, provenance, readsets, maturity and the three manually owned catalog cards remain unchanged. The two snapshots remain separate evidence scopes.Validation at final head
