Summary

• Add the validated is_Mythic_version Gradle property (default false) and expose the variant in the JAR manifest.
• Add a manual GitHub Actions boolean input and label build artifacts by variant.
• Exclude the entire Mythic integration package from the regular public build; use reflection for optional server lifecycle hooks so the public JAR has no compile-time Mythic dependency.
• Add server-only Discord webhook notifications for server lifecycle and player join/leave events, plus hooks for missile launch/impact/interception events.
• Add a server-side FTB team ID → display-name/Discord-role mapping file and document configuration and limitations.

Important scope note

The current Discord transport is a webhook configured on the dedicated server; it does not embed bot credentials or send secrets to clients. Missile event hooks need to be called by the future missile flight/defence handlers. FTB team mappings are currently server-admin-managed; connecting the existing bot's account-link and approval queue requires a matching authenticated API endpoint in the bot process.
