Summary

The last example in the CALL INTO documentation ("Output binding variables do not allow duplicate binding") invokes out_param_func(...), but the function is never defined in the example. Readers who copy-paste the snippet hit a different error (function does not exist) instead of the intended output parameter cannot be a duplicate bind demonstration.

This PR adds the missing out_param_func definition (a function with an IN parameter, an OUT parameter, and a return value, so the INTO clause is valid) to both the Chinese and English documentation.

This completes the remaining part of #224: the stand_alone_func definition was already added earlier, and this PR adds the other missing definition so the issue can be fully closed.

Closes #224

One suggestion: To keep the formatting consistent with the other SQL examples on the page, please add the ivorysql=# prompt.

- Align the added out_param_func definition with the prompt style used by the other SQL examples on the page

Done - added the ivorysql=# prompt to the added function definition in both the CN and EN pages.

The continuation markers follow the same style as the existing out_param_proc example on this page: ivorysql(# inside the parameter list and ivorysql-# for the body lines. Thanks for the suggestion.
