Fixes #107

The extensions.gnome.org review's one open licensing point (docs/publishing.md item 3): src/icons/library-symbolic.svg matched Material Design's "tv" path (Apache-2.0), uncredited. The button now uses Gio.ThemedIcon tv-symbolic (as the TV Shows section does); src/icons/ and its EXT_SHIP entry are gone; docs updated.

Verified

  • make check; pack ships exactly the 32 files
  • Seen in the nested shell under --stand-in (the overview's dash): the button shows the theme's TV, no log errors. The two glyphs are near-identical (the theme's is a little heavier), so the README's screenshots are not retaken.
  • Docs still true

The shipped icon's path data matched Material Design's "tv" (Apache-2.0), uncredited.
The theme's own icon, which the TV Shows section already uses, replaces it, and no
icon file ships.

The button's icon is Adwaita's tv-symbolic, not an uncredited Material Design path
