fix(deps): resolve dependabot security alerts - #24

Recursively upgraded vulnerable transitive dev dependencies via `yarn up -R` (declared ranges untouched) plus three narrow `resolutions` entries where a dependent pinned an unpatched range. Notable bumps: ws 6.2.3->6.2.6 / 7.5.10->7.5.13 / 8.19.0->8.21.3, undici 6.23.0->6.28.0 / 7.21.0->7.29.0, tar 7.5.7->7.5.22, shell-quote 1.8.3->1.10.0, js-yaml 3.14.2->3.15.1 / 4.1.1->4.3.1, minimatch 3.1.5 / 9.0.9 / 10.2.6, picomatch 2.3.2 / 3.0.2 / 4.0.5, nanoid 3.3.18, node-forge 1.4.0, lodash(-es) 4.18.1, fast-uri 3.1.5, flatted 3.4.4, ip-address 10.5.0, brace-expansion 1.1.18, @xmldom/xmldom 0.8.14, basic-ftp 5.3.1, defu 6.1.7, ajv 6.15.0 / 8.20.0, sigstore 4.1.1 (+@sigstore/core 3.2.1, @sigstore/verify 3.1.1), @babel/core 7.29.7, postcss 8.5.26, uuid 11.1.1 (xcode only). resolutions: postcss@~8.4.32 (expo pins ~8.4), undici@6.23.0 (release-it pins exact), xcode/uuid (xcode pins uuid ^7, no 7.x patch). Remaining: image-size (GHSA has no patched release; all versions <= 2.0.2 affected and 2.0.2 is the latest published).

Resolves all fixable open Dependabot alerts by bumping vulnerable transitive dependencies. Dev tooling only — no runtime dependency or source change. Lockfile regenerated from a clean resolve; tests, typecheck, lint, and build all pass.
