feat: surface Cron collection state

Summary

• add the required Cron provider state to browser fixtures and demo data
• render Cron as schedule declarations, with collection state explicitly not representing execution or health
• extend Runtime collection-state regression coverage to all seven daemon-owned slots

Validation

• npm run typecheck --workspace @dockermap/web
• focused runtime/model tests: 35 passing
• npm run test --workspace @dockermap/web: 320 passing
• npm run build --workspace @dockermap/web
• git diff --check
