feat: surface daemon-state host-port advisory

Summary

• render only a closed, static presentation for the daemon-state plus host-port finding
• fail closed on malformed, crossed, stale, or non-live evidence; retain legacy absent V1 provider-slot compatibility
• keep opaque IDs, provider text, host details, and mount details out of the browser
