簡介 / Introduction

SlimStack 是一套由 19 個可組合「技能」組成的系統,讓 AI 助手成為結構化的開發夥伴。每個技能是一個專注的 SKILL.md 檔案,定義了特定角色、工作流程和輸出格式。中央路由器根據使用者意圖按需載入技能,保持最小的 context 佔用。

SlimStack is a collection of 19 composable "skills" that turn an AI assistant into a structured development partner. Each skill is a focused SKILL.md file that defines a specific role, workflow, and output format. A central router loads skills on demand based on user intent, keeping context usage minimal.

路由器(根目錄 SKILL.md)是唯一常駐 context 的檔案(約 1,300 tokens,依 Claude BPE 換算約 1,200–1,500)。19 個子技能按需載入,完成後釋放。

The router (SKILL.md at root) is the only file that stays in context permanently (~1,300 tokens; ~1,200–1,500 by Claude BPE). All 19 sub-skills load on demand and release after use.

## Skills

SlimStack skills are installed at ~/.claude/skills/slimstack/

When the user's intent matches a skill, read the root SKILL.md for routing,
then load the corresponding sub-skill's SKILL.md and follow its instructions.

Routing examples:
- Architecture discussion → load plan-eng/SKILL.md
- "Review this code" → load review/SKILL.md
- "Ship it" → load ship/SKILL.md
- Vague requirements → load deep-interview/SKILL.md

使用方式 / Usage:

Claude Projects (claude.ai)

  1. 建立新 Project / Create a new Project
  2. 在 Project Instructions 貼入根目錄 SKILL.md 內容 / Paste the root SKILL.md content into Project Instructions
  3. 將常用子技能的 SKILL.md 上傳到 Project Knowledge / Upload frequently used sub-skill files to Project Knowledge
  4. AI 會根據你的訊息自動路由到正確的技能 / The AI will route to the correct skill based on your messages

使用限制 / Limitations:

  • 路由器中的相對路徑引用(如 office-hours/SKILL.md)在 Claude Projects 無效;請改以「參考已上傳的對應檔案」方式進行路由。
  • SKILL0 漸進式撤除需要持久化檔案系統(儲存 usage.json),Claude Projects 不支援此機制,所有技能在此環境中將永遠以 Full 模式載入。

Limitations:

  • Relative path references in the router (e.g., office-hours/SKILL.md) are invalid in Claude Projects; route by referencing the corresponding uploaded file instead.
  • SKILL0 progressive offloading requires a persistent filesystem (for usage.json), which Claude Projects does not support — all skills load permanently in Full mode in this environment.

將根目錄 SKILL.md 複製到你的 system prompt 中。觸發技能時,貼入對應子技能的內容。每個子技能都是獨立的,可以單獨使用。

Copy the root SKILL.md into your system prompt. When a skill is triggered, paste the corresponding sub-skill's content. Each sub-skill is self-contained and works independently.

1. 策略與規劃 / Strategy & Planning

office-hours — 先想清楚再動手 / Think before you build

適用:你有想法但還沒驗證「為什麼」。 Best for: You have an idea but haven't validated the "why" yet.

你:我在考慮幫我的 SaaS 加一個即時通知系統。
You: I'm thinking about adding a real-time notification system to my SaaS.

AI (office-hours):
  → 「為什麼現在做這個很重要?觸發點是什麼?」

plan-ceo — 找到 10 星體驗 / Find the 10-star experience

適用:產品市場契合度評估、定價、競爭策略。 Best for: Product-market fit evaluation, pricing, competitive strategy.

AI (plan-ceo):
  → 評估目前體驗(例如 5/10)/ Rates current experience (e.g., 5/10)
  → 描述 10 星版本 / Describes the 10-star version

deep-interview — 把模糊想法變規格 / Turn vague ideas into specs

適用:新專案,需求還不清楚。 Best for: New projects where requirements are unclear.

AI (deep-interview):
  Round 1 — Why:「要解決什麼問題?誰會用?」/ "What problem? Who uses it?"
  Round 2 — What:「核心流程一句話描述?」/ "Core flow in one sentence?"
  Round 3 — How:「技術限制?要整合什麼?」/ "Tech constraints? Integrations?"
  Round 4 — 驗證:「成功標準?最優先的三件事?」/ "Success criteria? Top 3?"
  → 產出:需求規格摘要 / Produces: Requirements Spec

規則:每輪最多問 3 題,訪談過程中不寫任何程式碼。 Rules: Max 3 questions per round. Never writes code during the interview.

2. 開發 / Development

plan-eng — 從需求到架構 / From requirements to architecture

AI (plan-eng):

task-decompose — 大任務拆小 / Break it down

implement — TDD 導向實作 / TDD-driven coding

  1. 確認範圍和要改的檔案 / Confirms scope and files
  2. 先寫失敗測試 / Writes failing test first
  3. 寫最少程式碼讓測試通過 / Writes minimal code to pass
  4. 自我檢查:hardcode?錯誤處理?型別安全?/ Self-checks

review — 找生產炸彈 / Find production bombs

AI (review):
  🔴 必須修(會在生產爆炸)/ MUST FIX (production bomb):
  1. src/api/auth.ts:42 — 密碼明文儲存 / Password stored in plain text
     修正 / Fix: 使用 bcrypt,salt rounds ≥ 10

  🟡 建議修(技術債)/ SHOULD FIX (tech debt):

  🟢 觀察(知道就好)/ NOTE:
  1. 考慮用 zod 做 request validation

檢查順序:安全性 → 資料完整性 → 效能 → 可維護性 Checklist: Security → Data integrity → Performance → Maintainability

investigate — 系統性除錯 / Systematic debugging

AI (investigate):
  Phase 1 — 複現 / Reproduce: 完整錯誤訊息?Stack trace?
  Phase 2 — 縮小範圍 / Narrow down: 最後正常是什麼時候?改了什麼?

規則:一次追一個假說、讀 log、不擴大修改範圍。 Rules: One hypothesis at a time. Read the logs. Don't expand the fix scope.

漸進式撤除 SKILL0 / Progressive Offloading

SlimStack 實作 SKILL0 機制,隨技能內化自動減少 token 佔用:

運作方式 / How It Works

  1. 前 5 次使用:AI 每次都讀完整技能檔 / First 5 uses: full file every time
  2. 持續使用且未被修正:AI 只讀精簡版 / Consistent use without corrections: compact summary only
  3. 15 次以上:AI 不再讀檔 — 已內化 / 15+ uses: no file loaded — internalized

幫助度回升 / Helpfulness Rebound

如果 AI 在 Compact 或 Zero 層級的產出被修正:

  • 該技能立即回升到 Full / That skill immediately rebounds to Full
  • 修正被記錄 / The correction is logged
  • 重新累積穩定次數 / The cycle restarts

確保「內化」是真正的內化,不是過早降級。

This prevents premature offloading — if the AI hasn't truly internalized a skill, it gets the full instructions again.

移除不需要的技能 / Removing unused skills

直接刪除目錄,路由器會跳過不存在的技能:

Simply delete the directory. The router skips missing skills:

需要用到全部 19 個技能嗎?/ Do I need all 19 skills?

不用。用你需要的就好。可以刪除不用的技能目錄並移除路由條目。最小配置可能只需要 implement + review + ship

No. Use what you need. Delete unused skill directories and remove their routing entries. A minimal setup might be just implement + review + ship.

只支援繁體中文嗎?/ Does it only work in Traditional Chinese?

技能檔案用繁體中文撰寫,但 AI 會根據你使用的語言回應。你用英文對話,AI 就用英文回應,同時遵循中文指令。你也可以將技能檔翻譯成你偏好的語言。

Skill files are in Traditional Chinese, but the AI responds in whatever language you use. Speak English, get English responses — while the AI follows the Chinese instructions internally. You can also translate the files.

路由怎麼運作?我不用 slash command 也可以嗎?/ How does routing work without slash commands?

路由器匹配的是意圖,不是特定指令。說「我覺得支付流程有 bug」就會載入 investigate。說「我們來想想這個功能值不值得做」就會載入 office-hours。你不需要明確指定技能名稱。

The router matches intent, not specific commands. Say "I think there's a bug in the payment flow" and it loads investigate. Say "let's think about whether this feature is worth building" and it loads office-hours. You never need to name a skill explicitly.

可以在 Claude Code 以外的地方使用嗎?/ Can I use it outside Claude Code?

可以。技能檔案是純 Markdown,適用於任何接受 system prompt 或 context 檔案的 AI 工具。SKILL0 漸進式撤除需要持久化檔案系統(存 usage.json),在 Claude Code 或類似有本地檔案存取的工具上效果最好。

Yes. The skill files are plain Markdown and work with any AI that accepts system prompts or context files. The SKILL0 progressive offloading feature requires a persistent filesystem (for usage.json), so it works best with Claude Code or similar tools with local file access.

SlimStack 佔多少 context?/ How much context does SlimStack use?

  • 一個載入的技能 / One loaded skill: ~800-1500 tokens (Full) / ~200-400 (Compact) / ~50 (Zero)
