Summary

Export macOS parity PNGs at true 1280×820 via ParityViewSnapshotExporter (content cacheDisplay) instead of downsized window.screenshot().
Fix ParityCaptureWindowPolicy min/max frame sizing so the live window shows five week columns at parity dimensions.
Top-anchor Settings overlay to match web OverlayPanel (anchor="top", ~5vh inset).
Unblock macOS CI: replace missing makeForUnitTests() in event-jump tests; update guest-email UI test for calendar Menu button.

Fixes #4620 (parity capture surfaces).

Verification

bun run verify --strict → VERDICT: PASS

Pending: macOS workflow + desktop parity screenshot workflow on this push.

Blocker note (#4620 was BLOCKED)

mergeStateStatus: BLOCKED was required checks, not merge conflicts: swift-packages failed (makeForUnitTests compile error) and build failed (GuestEmailSubmissionTests + swift-packages gate). Both addressed in this push.
