Hi, I'm Kingsely

Full-stack engineer — backend, AI, and platform. Yaoundé, Cameroon, working remotely.

I spend most of my time in TypeScript: NestJS services on one side, Next.js on the other, and lately a lot of LLM plumbing in between. I'm drawn to the parts of the job nobody demos — ledgers that have to balance, errors that have to say something useful, scheduled jobs that must not run twice.

Most of my work from 2022 to 2026 lives in private Bitbucket repositories, so the contribution graph below is a lot quieter than the last four years actually were.

What I've been building

NeoWorlder — Full-Stack Engineer, 2024–2026

A platform where people build and run autonomous AI personas. Working across fifteen production services, I:

  • wrote the accounting service in a NestJS/Nx monorepo — a double-entry ledger across several currencies, Stripe purchase and webhook flows, and credit-expiry jobs, exposed over gRPC behind user and admin gateways
  • built the agent execution layer on the OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs with LangChain and Pinecone retrieval, driving persona skills, outbound campaigns and conversation handovers
  • built Versa Wallet in Next.js and ethers.js — on-chain USDC claims, NFT listings, gas estimation and PIN recovery
  • ran releases: Dockerised services, PM2 zero-downtime rollouts, health checks and deploy alerts on Bitbucket Pipelines

Codevigor — Full-Stack Developer, 2022–2024

Server-rendered applications in Sails.js with Pug and jQuery. Acquired by NeoWorlder, after which I rewrote those services against the new platform's APIs and data models.

Stack

  • Languages — TypeScript · JavaScript · Ruby
  • Front-end — React · Next.js · Redux Toolkit · TanStack Query · Tailwind · Three.js
  • Back-end — NestJS · Node.js · Sails.js · gRPC · Nx monorepos
  • AI — OpenAI · Anthropic · LangChain · Pinecone · RAG
  • Data — MongoDB · PostgreSQL · Redis
  • Platform — Docker · AWS · Keycloak · Stripe · ethers.js

A bit more

  • MEng in Telecommunications Engineering, National Advanced School of Engineering (ENSPY), 2025. My thesis, Commence, puts a Mininet-based SDN gateway in front of a NestJS microservice backend to centralise secure service-to-service calls and traffic control.
  • I mentor junior developers whenever there's room for it — I came up through Microverse and spent a year reviewing code there afterwards.
  • Chess, video games, sport, and a long reading list outside of work.
