Add SONOFF ZBMINIR2 v1.1.0 OTA image

Summary

Add a new OTA image for SONOFF ZBMINIR2.

Device

• Firmware version: v1.1.0

Changes

• Added support for double-click and long-press event reporting in Pulse Switch mode.
• Added support for the Zigbee Scenes cluster.
• Added support for the Zigbee On with Timed Off command.
• Updated the External Switch pairing mode entry conditions:
  • The device must have been offline for more than 2 minutes before entering pairing mode.
  • Pulse Switch: Press and hold for at least 10 seconds.
  • Rocker Switch: Toggle the switch 6 times.
• Fixed known issues and improved overall system stability.

• Device: ZBMINIR2
• From version: v1.0.8
• To version: v1.1.0
• Dongle: SONOFF ZBDongle-E

Notes

• No breaking changes.
• Official vendor firmware.
