Adds nine aggregate functions (stddev_samp, stddev_pop, var_samp, var_pop,
skewness, kurtosis, corr, covar_samp, and covar_pop, with their Spark aliases)
using the Spark pairwise-merge moment formulas for numerically stable partial
merging. Integer and decimal inputs are cast to double by the analyzer, and a
legacy statistical aggregate config flag is registered to match Spark behavior.
Correlation over a constant column raises DIVIDE_BY_ZERO under ANSI and returns
NULL otherwise. These aggregates are refused in window definitions. Plan-codec
encode and decode arms are added for the new aggregates. TPC-DS q17 and q39 now
plan but are not yet encodable.

…ame table
The codec dropped the legacy_statistical_aggregate environment flag on
decode. It is now field 5 of ExprEnv under a new Semantic feature, read
and written by the codec, derived from the plan in plan_features, with
an inventory case and golden bytes. Older bytes still decode the flag
as false; readers without the feature refuse plans that set it. Moment
aggregates remain unencodable, as pinned by the TPC-DS ratchet.
The grouping and window planners shared no aggregate name table: mean
planned in windows but was refused in grouping, and the window arity
check was hardcoded. Both planners now use aggregate_function with the
shared arity, and the window planner refuses moment aggregates through
is_moment.
Moments::store returned nothing for an out-of-range group while load
returned INTERNAL_ERROR; store now reports the same error.
The session golden sweep covers all ten result files with moment
statements: the PostgreSQL aggregates_part1 plain, decimal-cast, pair
and single-row moments and the promoteStrings literals replay exactly,
and the udf, udaf and window statements stay listed with their reasons.

Walkthrough
The pull request adds standard deviation, variance, skewness, kurtosis, covariance, and correlation aggregates. It adds a legacy setting for NaN results and carries that setting through planning and plan serialization. Moment window aggregates remain unsupported.

Summary
Aggregate contracts and planning crates/krishiv-common/src/config/registry.rs, crates/krishiv-exec/src/aggregate/mod.rs, crates/krishiv-functions/src/registry/*, crates/krishiv-exec/src/planner/{aggregate,window}.rs, crates/krishiv-testkit/tests/type_coercion.rs
Registers moment aggregate names and the legacy setting. The planner maps aggregate names, checks argument counts, and rejects moment window aggregates.
Moment state and aggregate execution crates/krishiv-exec/src/aggregate/{moments.rs,accumulator.rs,table.rs,rowtable.rs,node.rs}, crates/krishiv-exec/src/aggregate/{tests.rs,accumulator/differential.rs,moments/tests.rs}, crates/krishiv-exec/benches/aggregate.rs, crates/krishiv-exec/examples/agg_table_matrix.rs, crates/krishiv-exec/tests/aggregate_tpch.rs
Implements moment updates, partial-state merging, and result evaluation. Accumulators apply legacy and ANSI behavior. Tests cover edge cases, partition merges, and aggregate layouts.
Configuration and plan transport crates/krishiv-exec/src/{physical,planner}/..., crates/krishiv-plan-codec/src/{decode,encode,features.rs,proto/krishiv.plan.v1.pb.rs}, proto/krishiv/plan/v1/plan.proto, crates/krishiv-plan-codec/tests/*, crates/krishiv-exec/src/profile/tests.rs, crates/krishiv-exec/tests/planner/*
Carries the legacy setting through evaluation environments and protobuf plans. The codec reports unsupported moment aggregates during encoding and includes the setting in feature checks.
Adds Spark golden-output tests for moment aggregates, legacy results, ANSI correlation behavior, and window rejection. The tests track claimed and unclaimed golden queries.
Python SQL function exposure crates/krishiv-functions/src/python_wrappers/table.rs, python/krishiv/sql/_generated_functions.py, python/krishiv/sql/_generated_functions.pyi, python/tests/_pyspark_signatures.py
Adds moment aggregate names to the Python function table, generated wrappers, type stubs, and signature records.
KrishivAI/krishiv-engine#214: Establishes aggregate lowering and arity validation extended here for moment aggregates.
KrishivAI/krishiv-engine#213: Establishes the generated Python wrapper contract used for the new aggregate functions.
KrishivAI/krishiv-engine#144: Establishes shared aggregate and window planning extended here for moment functions.
Merge Risk: Minimal · up to dbc32
No actionable merge risk remains in the reviewed changes.
Security architecture risk: Low · up to dbc32
The new statistical functions reuse existing validation and query-local state controls. No security regression was demonstrated, but mixed-version deployment behavior and broader security exposure were not fully established.
Retained concerns
No architecture-level concerns identified.
Security review details
Security Blast Radius
inferred — The demonstrated additional reachability is statistical computation over query inputs through ordinary analyzed expressions. The inspected wrapper path does not introduce arbitrary callable dispatch or establish access to another tenant, service, or privileged resource; deployment-level exposure remains unestablished.
Trust Boundaries and Controls
observed — Public wrapper calls retain registry-based identity and type contracts. At the serialized-plan boundary, unsupported statistical operations fail encoding, while the transported legacy flag is covered by feature negotiation and decoded-content checks.
Resilience and Maintainability Implications
inferred — Failure containment relies on query ownership rather than transactional or idempotent moment updates. A late invalid internal group ID could follow earlier mutations, but table-owned IDs and query-terminal errors constrain reuse. Memory-pressure retries occur before apply, and final evaluation is read-only. Existing cleanup tests assert memory and spill-file release on cancellation and spill failure; they were not run in this review.

The flag tests say which Spark 4.2.0 queries produced the expected values,
and set the native key spelling of the legacy statistical-aggregate flag so
the config registry coverage check finds a test for it.

plan_features listed the feature for every plan from a session with
spark.sql.legacy.statisticalAggregate set, even with no aggregate in
the plan. The encoder refuses every moment aggregate, so the flag
could change no encodable plan; sessions with the flag set produced
plans that readers without the feature refused for every query.
List the feature only when the plan both sets the flag and holds a
moment aggregate (aggregate node, window function or subquery plan).
The decoder compares the header against the same plan_features, so
both sides agree. The flag-only inventory case now pins that such
plans carry no feature, round-trip, and decode on readers without it;
its golden moved to base/. The two registry-wide invariants exempt
the dormant feature until a moment aggregate is encodable.
