Build and catalog complete Core package set

Expands the proven repo-owned package workflow from the LagoVista.Core canary to every package actually produced by this repository.

• discovers package ownership from src/**/Package.nuspec
• treats only package IDs discovered in this repo as repository-internal dependencies
• stamps repository-internal dependency versions together for the initial 5.0.0 migration build
• restores/builds Core.sln once
• packs all 13 repository packages
• emits one package catalog containing package IDs, versions, frameworks, and dependency classifications
• uploads/publishes the entire package set
• verifies every published package can be freshly restored after an explicit publish

Feature build 5.0.0-feature.10 produced all 13 packages and completed with 0 warnings / 0 errors.
