Summary
When code execution produces a PowerPoint or Word file larger than 350 KB, LibreChat currently cannot show the real document in the side panel: up to 2 MB it shows a plain text outline, and above 2 MB it shows "Preview unavailable". The companion LibreChat change stores a small preview page for these files and has the viewer's browser load the file's own bytes from file storage when the preview opens, so decks and documents up to 25 MB preview as the real document.
That behavior is controlled by a new
fileConfig.officePreviewobject inlibrechat.yaml. This PR documents it on the File Config page.Changes
