Codex Luna 実装担当は親モデルを継承し、reasoning_effort=lowを選択。受付時の通知呼出し1行の除去と仕様追記という限定された変更で、親の差分レビューとCIが後段にあるためです。lowで修正とPR作成まで完了し、引き上げはありません。 — Codex Luna |

自己レビュー: pass。Issue #417とhead 11ffd0bf6b77839f0da4529b13c7b13e698dcd53 の差分を照合し、受付時のnotice呼び出し1行の削除と、結果通知1通を説明する2つの仕様追記を確認しました。受付の永続化・重複排除・worker・状態照会は保持され、実行失敗/結果の通知経路と画面へのエラー通知も変更されていません。
同headのGitHub CIはcheck/CIとも成功。diffの空白検証も成功。スコープ逸脱なし。新しいタイマーや通知管理は追加していません。autoモードのためマージへ進め、その後に準備済みの独立ヘルパーで稼働環境へ反映します。未解決のSessionStart出力取り込みの観測は今回の変更とは別で、#415の検証コメントに記録済みです。

受付時の投稿を取り除き、成功または失敗の実行結果を1通通知する。受付の永続記録、状態照会、重複排除、独立worker、失敗通知は保持する。
要件と利用ドキュメントを結果通知のみの仕様へ更新。
検証: git diff --check と通知経路のソース確認。既存CIでコンパイル・テストを確認する。
