Lloyd Lew — Business Systems Designer

I turn scattered sales, operations, and client‑delivery work into CRM, workflow‑automation, integration, dashboard, and AI systems that teams actually use.

I lead CompanyConnect.Tech, a business‑systems consultancy serving clients worldwide from Johannesburg, South Africa and Austin, Texas. As a monday.com partner, I design practical systems that help teams follow up consistently, remove repetitive admin, connect the tools they already run on, and get reliable operational visibility.

What I build

Capability What it means for your business
CRM & revenue operations Lead capture, ownership, follow‑up, pipeline visibility, and handoffs that stop opportunities slipping through the cracks
Workflow automation Dependable workflows for admin, approvals, notifications, onboarding, quoting, invoicing, and internal coordination
Integrations & APIs CRM, finance, comms, project, form, and data systems connected so no one re‑enters information
Dashboards & reporting Management views that surface sales, delivery, workload, and performance in real time
AI‑enabled operations Safe, useful AI for documents, lead qualification, support triage, internal knowledge, reporting, and other judgement‑heavy work — with named human ownership and escalation

Platforms: monday.com · Make · Zapier · n8n · HubSpot · Zoho · Salesforce · QuickBooks · Xero · Google Workspace · Microsoft 365 · Airtable · Notion · OpenAI · Anthropic · custom APIs

Featured work

Repository What it is
companyconnect-engineering-hub The technical trust route — architecture, security, and due‑diligence content linked to inspectable source. Start here if you're evaluating.
companyconnect-operations-blueprint Flagship client‑safe reference system: a runnable TypeScript lifecycle for synthetic lead intake → qualification → opportunity → quote → approval → onboarding → invoice trigger → support → KPIs → structured audit events. Idempotency, retries, human escalation, API contracts, tests, CI, CodeQL.
lead-to-quote-automation-demo Focused, inspectable TypeScript API: validated lead qualification, next‑action recommendation, quote‑brief preparation, and audit logging.
companyconnect-systems-portfolio The commercial view — problems solved, delivery patterns, implementation process, and how to engage.

Every public repository is client‑safe by design: no customer configuration, credentials, live links, or confidential operating detail.

Recent focus

Over the past few months my build work has centred on production AI operations for service businesses — moving AI from one‑off experiments to supervised systems that run day to day:

  • Multi‑agent orchestration — role‑scoped agents with per‑agent model policy, ordered failover chains, and tiered execution permissions, so an automation degrades gracefully instead of stopping.
  • Model routing & resilience — provider‑agnostic model selection across OpenAI, Anthropic, and others; guarded fallbacks; explicit cost and context controls.
  • Guarded automation — allowlisted vs. reviewed execution modes, approval gates on outward actions, structured audit events, and hard boundaries around sensitive data.
  • Channel & CRM integration — conversational operations over the messaging channels teams already use, wired to CRM/board records with idempotent updates.

The client‑safe proof for these patterns lives in the repositories above; the confidential implementations stay with the businesses they were built for.

How I work

  1. Discover the bottleneck. Map the current process, tools, data, handoffs, and the outcome worth improving.
  2. Design around the team. Define the future workflow, ownership, safeguards, system roles, and success measures.
  3. Build and test. Configure CRM, automation, integrations, dashboards, or AI capability with real exception handling.
  4. Launch and enable. Train the people who use it, hand over documentation, support adoption.
  5. Measure and improve. Review performance and prioritise the next opportunity as the business changes.

Let's connect

If your team is losing time to inconsistent follow‑up, disconnected tools, manual operations, or reporting uncertainty, I'd be glad to help identify the highest‑value fix.
