  • Makes the SparkConnection constructor that takes a custom HTTP handler public.
  • Lets apps connect to self-hosted operators that use their own TLS certificates (for example a local test network).
  • Documents how to do it.

Self-hosted operators (private CA, regtest with self-signed certificates)
need a custom gRPC handler. The constructor already existed for tests;
expose it, record it in the public API and document custom operator TLS.
