About

I'm Utku Ceylan A.K.A. Lunix, an independent security researcher and Computer Technologies student focused on Linux security, vulnerability research, and open-source software security.

I'm also the Cyber Security & Software Team Captain at ThinkTank Software, where I work on security research and software projects alongside other technical work.

Some of my security research is public. Research that is still under coordinated disclosure stays private until publication is appropriate.

Advisory-RSS Security advisory aggregation pipeline for GitHub and CERT-TR with normalization, encrypted credential storage, persistent caching, and a local RSS feed.
Storefront Research Research into how large Turkish e-commerce storefronts expose product data through HTML, JSON-LD, embedded state, internal APIs, and GraphQL.
CopySec Windows clipboard protection using delayed rendering, foreground-process policy, process-tree checks, and JSONL auditing.
Ahenk Debug A diagnostic CLI for Pardus ETAP / Ahenk covering service health, identity consistency, broker connectivity, database checks, API probes, and structured reporting.
linux-autoruns A Linux alternative to Sysinternals Autoruns covering 16 autostart surfaces, with a PySide6 GUI, filtering, inspection, export, and edit support.
Walkie A serverless LAN walkie-talkie with peer discovery, encrypted text/voice communication, Opus, and push-to-talk.
