Saved prompts and blocks still require opening the full editor to change titles, categories or notes. Add inline title and notes editing with immediate saves, and place category and tag controls together in the details panel.
Share a searchable category selector and a + Tag menu across details and editors, with existing suggestions and creation of new values. Move the content-edit action into the text preview, use compact copy icons in the Workspace, and replace preview-image action labels with icons. The direct Add/Replace/Remove preview workflow from #599 remains in place.
Scope: six files under components/promptLibrary, including the new PromptCategoryInput and PromptInlineText components. Library background-arrival behavior is handled separately in #605.
Validation: scoped git diff --check passed, and the branch diff against origin/main contains only the six prompt components. Build, typecheck and automated tests were not run. Manual acceptance remains pending for inline saves/cancellation, category/tag selection and creation, and compact controls in the Library and ComfyUI Workspace.
