feat(ci): add GitLab CI format, finding history timeline, artifact retention guidance, and reusable workflow templates

   • Supports trend calculations with deterministic timestamps.

3. Artifact Retention Period Operational Guidance (Add CI artifact retention guidance #1086):

   • Provided retention lifecycle policies and automated expiry cleanup guidance for analysis artifacts, reports, and scan evidence.

4. Reusable Workflow Templates for Common Monorepo Layouts (Add reusable CI workflow templates #1071):

   • Created modular, reusable workflow templates for contract scanning, frontend audits, and backend verification across multi-package and monorepo structures.
