These repositories present selected academic team projects. Team attribution, evidence boundaries and limitations are documented within each repository.
MATLAB · Medical imaging · Image segmentation
Collaborative cardiac MRI project comparing four left-ventricular segmentation approaches and a 2D area-derived ejection-fraction proxy. The portfolio version includes reproduced numerical results and synthetic tests while keeping the medical source data outside the repository.
C · Python · MSP432 · UART · SPI · PWM · PI control
Two-student embedded-systems project integrating two robotic-hand architectures, sensors, microcontroller peripherals, PC communication and position control. The public repository includes clean-build evidence and explicitly separates public code from internal or third-party material.
Python · scikit-learn · Data analysis · Machine learning
Four-student machine-learning project on a public cardiovascular dataset with 70,000 source records. The portfolio version adds a reproducible evaluation pipeline with nested cross-validation and an untouched hold-out set; the selected model achieved 72.29% hold-out accuracy and 78.60% ROC-AUC.
LabVIEW · ECG · HRV · Signal processing · Exploratory machine learning
Three-student biomedical instrumentation project covering the signal chain from ECG acquisition and conditioning to R-peak detection, HRV analysis and exploratory physiological-state classification. The repository documents a 500 Hz acquisition workflow and excludes identifiable participant data.
Biomaterials · Tissue engineering · Regenerative medicine · Technology assessment
Three-student literature-based technology assessment of skin substitutes and cultured epithelial autografts for severe burn care, including manufacturing, clinical translation, regulation, access constraints and emerging research directions.
These are academic and research portfolio projects. Healthcare software and prototypes are not presented as clinically validated tools or medical devices.
