  • Removes the committed Rust build output (target/, ~1150 files) from git and adds a .gitignore so it stays out. History still carries the old blobs; this only stops new ones.
  • Renames rust_mvps/streaming_detector/ src (leading space in the directory name) to src.
  • Renames rust_mvps/neural_detectorsrc to rust_mvps/neural_detector/src to match the other sketches.

Nothing in the build, README or code referenced these paths (checked with grep). The rust_mvps sketches are still not part of the build.

The Rust build output (target/, about 1150 files) was committed. It is now
untracked and ignored. Renamed rust_mvps/streaming_detector/' src' (leading
space) to src, and rust_mvps/neural_detectorsrc to neural_detector/src so the
sketches follow the same layout. No code referenced these paths.
